We at Castle Batch value the benefits that wrap around care offer our parents and children, we provide care at both the beginning and end of each day. For the parents: flexibility to return or continue to work, a secure and safe environment, assurance of seamless transition with familiar faces, tiered charging bands and operating times.  For the children: consistency of approach and upholding our school values, a caring and calm approach to the beginning and end of each day, social and educational benefits and promoting and encouraging positive outcomes with peer group interaction.  We use our own experienced, friendly, motivated, caring staff to take care of your children.

Both Breakfast Club and Castle Club are held in the Atrium. Parents are to drop off and pick up from the Rawlins Avenue gate entrance to the school. You will need to book and pay in advance for both clubs on our Weduc/sQuid booking system.

We are a no debt school and therefore all fees must be paid in advance via ParentPay to secure your child’s place. We also accept childcare vouchers. Non payment will result in losing your child’s place. For Breakfast Club and Castle Club, if you need to cancel your child’s place, this must be before 9.00 am on the day before your booking or a non attendance charge of £4.50 per child will be applied.

It is a requirement that before using our Wrap Around Care you read through our Handbook (link below) for detailed information on our policies and procedures and in doing so accept the conditions contained therein. You are also required to complete the attached Pupil Admissions Form and return this to the office.
