Lunch Menu/School Fruit and Milk
When we are told of an allergy or allergies, we will work with the staff member, pupil appropriate to their age and their parent/carers, to carry out a thorough risk assessment. This will seek to identify relevant hazards, look at realistic and achievable control measures which will include appropriate training, personal responsibility, appropriate actions and more, so that risk outcome levels are as low as reasonably achievable. We will then seek the 'sign up' of all relevant parties to the risk assessment and agree an appropriate review pattern.
Chartwells is our school lunch provider since 9th April 2018. They have recently advised the price has increased from £2.10 to £2.20 from 2nd September 2020. This is still a competitive price and is for the meal and dessert.
Due to our Covid-19 procedures, some year groups are currently eating their lunches in their classrooms to keep to their 'bubble'.
Due to this our school is not currently able to provide a hot cooked meal from our kitchen for KS2 (Years 3 to 6) but instead they are providing a 'packed lunch' option instead.
Please see the menu link below.
These options are chosen on the day in the classroom with their teacher but please take a look at the menu with your child beforehand so they are aware of that days options.
As a reminder all KS1 children in Year R, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal funded by the Government.
